Antione Little

Antione J. Little Sr. began his journey with the City of Philadelphia in 1999, working in the Sanitation Department. It didn’t take long for him to discover his true calling—the union path. In September 2002, Antione launched his union career by winning his first shop steward election in Area 6, a role he held with dedication for 14 years.
His leadership continued to grow when he was elected Business Manager of Local 427, serving proudly for six years. In 2020, Antione was appointed Assistant to the President of District Council 33, where he has continued to champion the rights and needs of union members.
Widely known as “a man of the people,” Antione remains deeply committed to the values of solidarity, fairness, and service. He is honored to serve as Vice President of AFSCME District Council 33—bringing strong, principled leadership to help build a stronger union for all.
