Greg Boulware
Greg, a proud native of Germantown, now calls Northeast Philadelphia home. His educational journey took him through both public and private schools in the city, followed by studies at the Community College of Philadelphia and Penn State’s Abington campus.
Greg’s commitment to public service began in 1995 with a seasonal role through a partnership between W.B. Saul High School and the Fairmount Park Commission. In 2003, he joined the Philadelphia Water Department, where he worked as a semi-skilled laborer and later as a labor crew chief.
It was during his time at the Water Department that Greg embarked on his union path with Local 394. He served as a dedicated shop steward for 12 years, then as treasurer for 5 years, and most recently as business agent. Throughout his career, Greg has been a relentless advocate for the members of District Council 33—fighting for their rights, representing their interests, and leading with integrity. As your President, he remains steadfast in his mission to serve and uplift every member.
